And kick the guy in front of you….? I also love how these things have been updated to include furbys yet their picture of a portable game system is still a Nintendo Original Gameboy (which, btw, I still have).
No matter where you go in NZ, the roadside is breathtaking.
There was a turnoff for this cafe which also featured a pond with a fork in it outside, a dog, and a whole lot of frog merchandise. This is also where we found the note about the goats on an old stairwell that led up a path. I think this place was the Cafe on the Dome or something and you could walk up to the ‘dome’ but we wimped out.
Can’t ignore a sign like that…. the Prawn Farm was pretty cool for a touristy side of the road thing. We fed prawns (they tickle!) and fished for them–you got to eat what you caught–but didn’t get anything. There was also a lovely walking path (following the “fun” signs) which led to this:
